Hadrien Bobillier
Hadrien was born and raised in Geneva. He holds French, Swiss, and Liechtenstein citizenships. Passionate about strategy, psychology, and human behavior, he is particularly interested in how these disciplines can enhance collaboration and well-being within teams, fostering effective and harmonious synergies.
Curious about new technologies, Hadrien also enjoys exploring how artificial intelligence can be concretely integrated into daily work to boost productivity and make organizations more agile and intelligent.
Always enthusiastic and driven by a competitive spirit, he plays rugby sevens with the Swiss national team. Teamwork energizes him and allows him to keep improving. Hadrien chose EHL for the quality of its courses, the opportunities it provides, and the richness of its network.
Tanguy Cortinovis
Tanguy was born in Switzerland and chose to join EHL for its international outlook and the versatility of the careers it offers. After completing a six-month internship in New York at an international agency, he gained solid experience in business development and client relations, strengthening his analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Outside his studies, he is passionate about tennis and skiing, sports that reflect his discipline and drive for self-improvement.
Curious, adaptable, and a strong team player, Tanguy looks forward to actively contributing with his team to the smooth execution and success of the SBP project.
Zélya Gilliard
Zélya was born and raised in Switzerland. She has a strong interest in marketing, communication, and sustainability - fields that combine creativity, analysis, and impact. Her long-term goal is to create her own company.
Curious and well-organized, Zélya enjoys teamwork and approaches every challenge with a thoughtful and dynamic mindset. Outside of her studies, she practices classical dance and fitness, two disciplines that have taught her rigor and perseverance.
During her most recent professional experience, she contributed to the preparation of two large-scale events, which allowed her to strengthen her skills in project management, digital communication, and teamwork.
Laly Schoen
Laly Schoen was born in Geneva and raised in Brussels, Belgium. of Swiss and Dutch origin.
During her internship in Barcelona as an Assistant F&B Manager, she learned the importance of planning, organization, and clear communication between teams and departments. Working in a different culture was an enriching experience that strengthened her adaptability.
Passionate about human relations and hospitality, Laly enjoys running and racket sports, which have taught her discipline and resilience. She has also been involved in scouting throughout her life and served as a scout leader for two years, overseeing nearly fifty children - a role that helped her develop a strong sense of responsibility and leadership from an early age.
Pragmatic, people-oriented, and eager to learn, Laly aspires to pursue a career in hotel openings, brand development, and event creation - fields that particularly inspire and motivate her.
Romain Guyaz
Romain was born and raised in Switzerland. Always passionate about hospitality and the joy of welcoming people, he is deeply committed to this field. Outside his studies, he devotes his time to running and cinema, activities that reflect his discipline and curiosity.
During his internship as an Assistant Hotel Manager in Brussels, he discovered how impactful hospitality can be when it places people at its core. This experience inspired him to build his career around authenticity, empathy, and care.
Ambitious and proactive, Romain values teamwork, sincerity, and the pursuit of creative solutions. His goal is to become a Hotel Manager. As part of his SBP, he is particularly motivated to collaborate with his team on hotel development, openings, or rebranding projects, aiming to make a tangible impact and bring a distinctive touch to each initiative.
