By creating an account or accessing the ReVitalized Academy online community, you agree to the following terms. These exist to protect the space we’re building together—rooted in trust, integrity, and shared growth.

1. Confidentiality & Respect

We’re a community built on real transformation—physically, mentally, and spiritually. That means what’s shared here stays here.

By joining, you agree:

Not to share or disclose any content, resources, meal plans, workouts, fitness programs, recipes, methods, or personal stories found within this platform outside of the ReVitalized Academy community.

Not to copy, replicate, or redistribute any part of our programs, materials, or systems without written permission from the founders.

To respect the privacy of every member and treat their experiences, progress, and health journeys with confidentiality and compassion.

2. Use of Our Materials

Everything we create is meant to help you thrive—but it’s not for resale or unauthorized use.

You agree that:

All programs, content, and systems are the intellectual property of ReVitalized Academy.

You will not use any of our content to create or promote a competing wellness, fitness, or coaching service.

You will not present, republish, or repackage our content as your own under any circumstance.

3. Community Integrity

To keep this space safe and aligned:

You will not solicit or recruit members for outside businesses, coaching programs, or services.

Not to share or post content that is harmful, off-topic, promotional, or misaligned with the mission and values of ReVitalized Academy.

4. Consequences of Violation

We protect our community, our mission, and our work. Violating these terms may result in:

Immediate removal from the platform

Termination of access to all ReVitalized Academy programs

Legal action in the case of intellectual property misuse or breach of confidentiality
