If you are having trouble syncing from Simply Plural to PluralKit, you may check the following:

1. Are your members exported as private?

Send pk;l -all in any commands channel (or PluralKit's DMs). If your members are shown there, it means they were set as private, and you may want to change their privacy in PluralKit's dashboard.
This happens because you left "Export new members as private" turned on in while exporting to PK. Keep this in mind the next time you want to export.

2. Are you getting a 524 error code?

Simply Plural may give you a 524 error and not sync properly, most commonly for one of the following reasons:
If you& are a large system: You may get this error as a rate limit or because you exceeded your member limit on PK. You can either:
Sync members individually: SP > Members > Bottom right button > Sync to PK > Press the button next to a member > Follow steps on screen. Or;
If you have more than 1000 members, ask for a limit raise in PluralKit's support server (#update-requests), and wait for a staff member to respond. Or;
The servers are too busy: The only solution is to try again later, as currently the servers may be overloaded. You can also try individual members syncing using the above steps.
